Who will be working for you?

A team of professionals will be working for you. We will always try to assign a manager who has expertise in your company products or services. All team members will also be trained extensively on your product/services. Regular appraisals and review are carried out periodically. We will also keep training new staff so if there is a sudden demand, we will be able to handle it as well.

How much control do I have?

You have total control. We are working for you so you can give us instructions just like we are your in-house staff. The only big difference is that instead of hiring a person, you have access to the expertise of a whole team. With a whole team, we are able to do much more for you.

Quality Assurance

We believe in total transparency. All chat transcripts will be sent to you right after a chat ends. Customers will also be able to fill in a short feedback form (optional) where they can also give valuable comments on the agent, product or services too.
